Be it known that I, Leon Hehl Ashmore, a` citizen of the United States of America and a' resident of Collingswood, Camden County, New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Pen and Pencil Clip, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.
