Be it known that We, Frank C. Deli and Erik Petau, citizens of the United States, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Pen and Pencil Clip, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

In the drawing:

Fig. 1 is an enlarged front elevation of a clip embodying our new design.

Fig. 2 is an enlarged edge elevation of the clip shown in Fig. 1.

Fig. 3 is an enlarged end elevation looking down upon the top of the clip shown in Fig. 4.

Fig. 4 is an enlarged rear elevation looking toward the back side of the clip shown in Fig. 1.

Fig. 5 is an enlarged end elevation looking up toward the bottom of the clip down in Fig. 1.
