PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A CHAIR Jackson D. Rogers, Bay Village, Ohio Application November 12, 1938, Serial No. 81,061

Be it known that I, Jackson D. Rogers, a. citizen of the United States and a resident of Bay Village, in the county of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Chair, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

In said drawing, Fig. 1 is a perspective View oi a chair, showing my new design; Fig. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view of said seat and back members, on the line 2 2, Fig. 1; Fig. 3 is a crosssectional view of the back member, on the line 3-3, Fig. 1; and Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional View of the seat member on the line 4 4, Fig. 1.
