Be it known that I, Otto Lobl, a citizen of Germany, but having declared my intention of becoming a citizen of. the United States, residing in Middleboro, in the county of Plymouth and State of Massachusetts, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Dispenser for Elastic Bands or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a dispenser for elastic bands or the like, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a plan view, and

Fig. 3 is a side elevation of the dispenser of Fig. 1.

The ornamental design for a dispenser for elastie bands or the like, substantially as shown.
