PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A MOVING PICTURE CAMERA Philmore F. Sperry, Chicago, 111., assignor to Excell Auto Radiator Company, Chicago, 111., a corporation of Delaware Application August 26, 1938, Serial No. 79,575

Be it known that I, Philmore F. Sperry, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Moving Picture Camera, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, in which Fig. 1 is a side face view of a camera embodys y d s Fig. 2 is a front face view of the camera;

Fig. 3 is a top plan view of the camera; and

Fig. 4 is a side face view of the camera from the opposite side as compared with the showing of Fig. l.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a moving picture camera, as shown.

It is hereby certified that the name of the assignee in the above numbered patent was erroneously written and printed as "Excell AutoRadiator Company" whereas said name should have been written and printed as Excel Auto Radiator Company, of Chicago, Illinois, a-oorporation of Delaware, as

shown by the record of assignments in this office; and that the said Letters Patent should be read with this correction therein that the same may conform to the record of the case in the Patent Office. I
