PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SPOON OR SINIILAR. ARTICLE Application February 15, 1939, Serial No. 82,999

Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that We, Grosvenor N. Allen, citizen of the United States, residng at Onei-da, County of Madison, State of New York; Mary Parker Fleming, citizen of the United States, residing at Niagara Falls, county of Niagara, State of New York; and Lloyd E. Ressegger, citizen of the United States, resid'ng at Oneida, County of Madison, State of New York; have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a spoon or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a. part thereof, in which Figure 1 is a plan view of a spoon showing our new design.

Figure 2 is a cross-section on the line 2-2 of Figure 1, and

Figure 3 is a cross-section on the line 3--3 of Figure 1.

The essential feature of our new design is the ornamentation on the handle of the spoon or similar article.

We claim:

The ornamental design for a spoon or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
