Be it known that I, William P. Fortune, a citizen of the United States of America, residing in New York city, in the Borough of Manhattan, county and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Hat, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, wherein Figure 1 is a, front view of a hat showing my new design.
