Be it known that I, Roland A. Manning, a citizen of the United States, reslding at Milwaukee, in the county of Milwaukee and State of Wisconsin, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design f0ran Illuminating Fixture, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig, 2 is a bottom plan view thereof.
