Be it known that I, Max Skolmk, a citizen of the United States of America and a resident of the city of Chicago, county of Cook, and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and

ornamental Design for Insulating Building Material, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, and in which:

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a sheet of insulating building material, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is an elevational view of the same; and Fig. 3 is a sectional view thereof, on line 33 in Fig. 2'.

I claim: 1 The ornamental design for insulating building material, substantially as shown.
