PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A COCKTAIL SHAKER Application February 21, 1938, Serial No. 75,312

Be it known that I, Abraham Solomon, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York city, county and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental design for a Cocktail Shaker, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of a cocktail shaker embodying my new design;

Figure 2 is a side elevational view of the same;

Figure 3 is a plan View of the same.

The characteristic features of the design reside in the cylindrical body portion of the cocktail shaker having beaded edges, a short cylindrical transverse neck intermediate its ends, and a handle extending axially from said neck and provided with a rounded outer end and a knurled collar adjacent each end thereof, said handle being relatively thick and short and only slightly greater in length than the length of the body portion, all as shown.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a cocktail shaker, substantially as shown and described.
