Be it known that I, Fred D. Jones, Jr., a citizen of the United States, residing at Seattle, King County, Washington, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combination Lamp and Clock, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, wherein Fig. 1 is a front elevation of a combination lamp and clock showing my new design; the star-like element or ornamentation shown on the lamp shade appears on the front only.

Fig. 2 is an elevation of the article as seen from one side with reference to its showing in Fig. 1.

The ornamental design for a combination lamp and clock, as shown and described.
