Be it known that I, Victor skellern, a citizen of Great Britain, residing at 14 Maud Street, Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent, England, have invented. a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Plate or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 of the drawing represents a plan view of a plate showing my new design, it being understood that the border decoration as shown in the drawing is continued around the border of the article.

Fig. 2 of the drawing is a cross-sectional View of a plate embodying my new design.
