Be it known that I, ARNOLD SELIGSBERG, of the eity, county, and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Toy Banks, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description, reference beinghad to the accompanyingdrawing, making" a part of this specification, and showing a perspective view of a toy bank of my design.
