PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A COVERED CANDY JAR OE SIMILAR ARTICLE Application November 11, 1937, Serial No. 72,788

Be it known that I, Robert A. Kelly, a citizen or" the United States, residing at East Pittsburgh, county of Allegheny, in the State of Pennsylvania, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Covered Candy Jar or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in Which- Figure 1 is a top plan View of a half of a covered candy jar or similar article, showing my new design with the cover removed, it being understood that the other half is substantially identical with the half shown;

Figure 2 is a view similar to Figure 1 with the cover in position; and

Figure 3 is a vertical View in elevation of the jar with cover in position; the righthand portion of the View being shown in section.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a covered candy jar or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
