Be it known that I, Louis Israel, a citizen of the United States of America, residing in Manhattan, county of New York, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Feathered Brooch, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, wherein,

Figure 1 is a front view of a feathered brooch showing my new design.

Figure 2 is a side View of the feathered brooch shown in Figure 1.

The rear portion of the brooch has a conventional pin and catch closing.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a feathered brooch, substantially as shown, and described.
