PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A TEXTILE FABRIC OR SIMI- LAB ARTICLE Term of patent 7 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Adolph C. Jaeger, a. citizen of the United States, residing at Port Chester, county of Westchester, State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Textile Fabric or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, which forms a part thereof, and in which I have shown a unit of the design.

In the figure of my drawing is a plan View of a fabric embodying my design. The design unit consisting of a group of figures is repeated in both directions, a typical unit being indicated and outlined in the figure of the drawing by the reference lines I, II, III and IV. In this unit, however, it will be observed that there is a further repetition in that each quadrant repeats the diagonally opposite quadrant. Thus, for example, the lower right-hand quadrant of the unit shown on the drawing which is outlined between the reference lines II, IV, VI and V there is the same grouping of figures as in the upper left-hand quadrant between the reference lines I, III, V and VI; and similarly the lower left-hand quadrant between the reference lines II, III, V and VI contains the same grouping of figures as that in the upper right-hand quadrant between the refer ence lines I, IV, V and VI.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a textile fabric or similar article substantially as shown and described.
