Be it known that I, Ralph H. Niece, a citizen of the United States, residing at Evanston, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Decorative Windmill, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Referring to the drawing:

Fig. 1 is a front elevational View of a decorative windmill embodying my new design;

Fig. 2 is a rear elevational View of a decorative Windmill embodying my new design; and

Fig. 3 is a side elevational view of a decorative windmill embodying my new design, said View being taken from the left of Fig. 1.
