Be it known that I, Frank E. Herr, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Lancaster, in the county of Lancaster and State of Pennsylvania, have invented the new, original, and ornamental Design for Oil Burner, of which the following is a specification.

Reference is had to the accompanying drawing forming part thereof, in which:

Figure 1 is a front perspective View of an oil burner showing my new design; and

Figure 2 is a, front perspective view showing the other side of the burner shown in Fig. 1.

The rear portion of the burner is substantially plain.

I claim:

The ornamental design for an oil burner, as shown and described.
