Be it known that I, Quincy Beltram, a citizen of the United States, residing at Newark, in the county of Essex and State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Implement Handles, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

In the drawing, Figs. 1 and 2 are respectively a plan view and a side elevation of an implement handle embodyng my new design Figs. 3 and 4 are sectional views taken on lines 3-3 and 4-4 respectively of Fig. 2 to illustrate more precisely the contours of the handle in which the design is embodied.

I claim:

The ornamental design for an implement handle substantially as shown.
