PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SAXOPHONE Allen Loomis, Elkhart, Ind.

Be it known that I, Allen Loomis, a citizen of the United States, residing in Elkhart, county of Elkhart, Indiana, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Saxophone, of which the following is a speoioation, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, in which Figure 1 is a side elevational View of the saxophone, showing my new design, the upper and lower portions thereof being shown in dotted lines.

Figure 2 is an elevational view of the full-line portion of Figure l, on an enlarged scale.

The characteristic feature of the design resides in the assembly of the four grouped saxophone keys shown in the full-line portion of the drawing.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a saxophone, as shown and described.
