PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A LIGHTING FIXTURE William Lescaze, New York, N. Y., assignor to Silvray Lighting Inc., New York, N. Y., a corporation of New York To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, William Lescaze, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of the city, county, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Lighting Fixture, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.
Figure 1 is a perspective view of a lighting fixture showing my new design; and
Figure 2 is a side elevation of the contour thereof, the shade portion being partly broken away for convenience of illustration.
The characteristic feature of my design resides in the reflector which has three vertically arranged zones, the upper zone having gradual and continuously curved walls, said upper zone merging into the middle zone, whose walls are substantially cylindrical, with a sharp curve uniting said middle zone with the lower zone, said lower zone having a hemispherical projection surrounded by an annulus, said zones contrasting in surface treatment from each other.
