PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SHOE 0R SIMILAR ARTICLE Murray Planco, New York, N. Y.

Term of patent 3% years To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that 1, Murray Planco, a citizen of the United States, residing in New York city, in New York County, in the State of New York, have invented a new, ornamental, and original Design for a Shoe or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.
Figure 1 is a plan view of a shoe showing my new design.
Figure 2 is a side elevation of the shoe, partly in perspective.
The dominant feature of the present design resides in the ornamental efiect obtained in a shoe of the type shown having a. high vamp portion, the shoe being provided with three gussets of apertured material, one on each side of the shoe and of the same length, and a third gusset disposed centrally of the vamp and extending from the throat of the vamp to the toe portion thereof and approximately one and one-half times the length of the lateral gussets, said gussets having rounded lower ends and also having two lengthwise rows of apertures.
I claim:
The ornamental design for a shoe or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
