PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A CUTTING BLADE Morgan Parker, Katonah,
and John Wood Application June 17, 1935, Serial No. 57,301
Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that we, Morgan Parker and John Wood Brooks Ladd, citizens of the United States and residents of Katonah and Chappaqua, respectively, both in the county of Westchester and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Cutting Blade, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming a part thereof, in which Fig. 1 is a view in elevation of a cutting blade showing our new design, and
Fig. 2 is a view in cross section of the blade on the line 22 of Fig. l, and on an enlarged scale.
The dominant feature of our design resides in a narrow rib extending outwardly from the flat surface of an a-pertured blade which is otherwise of uniform thickness throughout, the rib forming a straight back edge for the blade and tapering to .a point toward the point of the blade.
We claim:
The ornamental design for a cutting blade substantially as shown and described.
