PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A HEATER Bertrand B. Kahn, Cincinnati, Ohio, assignor to The Estate Stove Company, Hamilton, Ohio,

a corporation of Ohio To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Bertrand B, Kahn, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Cincinnati, in the county of Hamilton, State of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Heaters, of which the following is the specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

The figure is a perspective view of the heater showing my new design.

As shown, the heater, embodied and constructed to incorporate the design, comprises a body casing the front of which is horizontally divided into a larger upper rectangular area and a smaller lower rectangular area, each of which is provided with ventilating 1ouvers,-the sides of the casing being substantially separated from the main front portion by vertical strips which are of polished metal which, like the upper and lower rectangular areas which are centrally arranged at the front of the heater, contrast with the darker color of the main body. The back of the heater is conventional and the two sides are substantially alike except that the foot treadle is omitted on the side that is not shown.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a heater substantially as shown, and described.
