IMPROVED BAGS FOR GUANO, PHOSPHATES, AND OTHER FERTILIZERS.
Specification forming part of Letters Patent N 0. 9'7, M39, dated November 23, 1869.
.To all whom 'o'tmay concern.-
Be it known that I, BENJAMIN ROWLAND OROASDALE, of Philadelphia, in the county of Philadelphia, in the State of Pennsylvania, have invented a new and useful method of preparing bags, by which such bags are made impervious (or nearly so) to the action of acids,
alkaline, or saline matters, and for protecting such bags and their con tents from the action of the atmosphere; and my invention pertains more particularly to the preparation and preservation of ordinary bags for the packing of phosphates, guano, &c.
