In the operation of explosion engines in which liquid fuel, is employed it has been found desirable to'warm the carbureted mixture before introduction into the explosion The present invention accomplishes this result by extending the induction passage along the wall of the water jacket for the en ine cylinder whereby it will be substantially heated by the water within the jacket. It will be apparent that the induction conduit, and particularly theportions G and G thereof, will constantly receive heat from the water in the jacket, and will be maintained at substantially the same temperature. Thus the carbureted mixture passing throughthe conduit will be warmed before entrance to the cylinders.
\Vhat I claim as my invention is:
1. The combination with an explosion engine provided with a water jacket, of a remova of said jacket, and an induction conduit formed integral with and extending along the exterior of said plate and'having its opposite ends communicating respectively with the carbureter and the inlet for the engine.
