AQCUMULATOR.
Be itknown that I, Max SCHNEIDER, a subject of the German Emperor, and resifdentpof Radebeul, near Dresden, Germany, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Accumulators, of which the vfollowing`- is a specification.
This in ention relates to improvements iii accumulated-s of which the positive ole electrode .consists of superposed lead lamellae which arefunnel-shaped, the common axle for said lamell being either solid or hollow.
The novelty of the invention consists in first,- that thecorresponding negative ole electrodeis shaped like a ring envelop w iichA ositive'one for the purpose of maintaining, besides saving room, an equal distance between the elec trodes at -all points; second, that said envelop does not form a closed but a split ring while it is uidedin fixed braces for the purpose of a 'Ording sufiicient room for its working; and third, that a plurality7 of electrodev airs are assembled in such-a 'way that the rst pair is inserted in the' hollow axle of the second pair and so on, for the pu`r ose of attaininv the greatest capacity in t e smallest possi leroom.
