Be it known that I, FRANK MCINTYRE, of the city, county, and State of New York, have Ainvented a certain new and useful Improvement in Screw-Caps for Collapsible Tubes, of which the following is a specification.
It is the object of this` invention `to provide a screw cap for collapsible tubes which need not be removed from the neck of the tube in order to permit the contents of the latter to be squeezed out. I am aware that this is not broadly new with ine. y
My invention consists in a construction for that purpose which will rst be described in connection with the accompanying drawings, and will then be more particularly pointed out in t-he claim.
In the drawin s-Figure 1 is a perspective view of a collapsible tube and screw cap embodyin my invention. Fig. 2 is an axial section o the same with the cap screwed down so as to close the tube.
A is a collapsible tube of any known or preferred construction; B is its externally screw threaded tubular neck; and C is the internally threaded cap which screws upon the neck.

arrangementv being such that when the cap is screwed home it will close the holes b in the head, while, in turn, its hole c will be closed by the knob b2, substantially as and for the purposes vhereinbefore, set forth.
