lie it known that I, Haney N. HAMLIN, a citizen of the United States, residing at Milo, in the county of Piscataquis and State ot Maine, have invented certain new and useful In'iprovenients in i tutoinatic Pay-Statidns; and I do declarethe following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the saine.
My invention relates to lmPl'OVOIDGHiS in telephones and more particularly to pay stations therefor.
It has for its ohject. to facilitate or aid a person desiring to transmit a message, well as the telephone con'ipany in eliect ing the proper deposit and application of the coin for payment of such message over its line, and to carry out these ends in a simple, inexpensive and effective manner.
lVith these and other objects in View, the
invention consists of certain novel. feature-i of construction, combination and arrangement of parts, as will. be more fully de scribed and particularly pointed out in the appended cl-ain'is.
The accompanying drawing illustrating the preferred embodiment of my invention represents a diagranunatical sectional view thereof.
