Referring now to the drawings,y 10 designates, a base which is adapted to be posit-ioned in the vertical and which is provided with the binding posts 1 1 and 12 for the connection of the circuit wires to actuate the apparatus. A mounting 13 is positioned upon the outer face of the base 10 which extends outwardly and supports upon its upper face a pair of magnets 1l, the wire 15 ot1 which is Asecuredto the binding post 11.
