This invention relates to iinprm'einents in scales and more particularly to spring lialonce cmnputing; scales embodying a platform and platform lever mechanism, a coin 'puting' druin, springs and means connecting; the lever mechanism with the springs and i drum to actuate the drum in proportion to 3 the weight placed upon the platform.
The nivcntion consists in providing a cheap, compact and eilicient construction and uselul i'eaturcs 3 embodying certain new in the construction of the mechanism eonmeeting the platform levers with the springs 1 and drum and in the construction of a suitahle dash-pot.
