Which the following is a specification.
i It is particularly applicable to the treagtnient of cotton cloths.
The apparatus comprises a vertically vdi's" posed .shaft communicating at` the bottom; with an inclined chamber or chute Whose delivery end is turned orcurved upward and I may be l.parallel with'the feet shaft or in- I v yor entanglement o f the rope. .I am aware y lthat heretofore it has been proposed t9 con clined toward it.: or the chute may be curved or circular .in 'vertical plane.
