Be it known that we, TADE Z. MALLY and ANDREW PELz, both citizens of the United States, andboth residing at Chicago, .in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in. FloorScrubbers and Polishers, of

which the following is a specification.

This invention relates to a'floor scrubber and polisher which is adaptedfor use in a manner similar to that 1n .which carpet sweepers are ordinarily used; and the object of the inventionis tol-so simplify the mechanism that it can be moved over the floor'without .the expenditure of reat exertion, and when so'movcd, will fee clean water to the scrubbing brushes and thereafter scoo up the dirty water left by the brushes a (i deposit it in a tank for the reception of dirty water so that after the passa e of the ma- -chine the floor will be scrubbe and wiped so that furthercleaning is unnecessary.
