To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, IIARRY 'BRENIZER, a citizen of the United States, residing at Omaha, in the county of Douglas and State of Nebraska, have invented a certain new and useful Adjustable Window-Shade Fixture, of which "the following is a specification.

lhc object of the present invention is to improve the construction of window-shade fixtures and to provide a sim le, inexpensive and ellicient device adapte to support a window-shade, also the lace curtains; and it consists of the novel construction, combination, and arrangement of parts of which it is composed, whereby the window-shade may be vertically adjusted upon the said fixture and retained in anydesired elevation for ventilation or admission of light through the u per art of a window, all as will be hereina te1;cseribcd, and pointed out in the appended claims.

Referring to the accompanying drawings forming a part of this specification and wherein like characters of reference denote similar parts throughout the several views:- Figure 1, is an elevation of a curtain orwindow-sha'de fixture constructed in accordance with my invention and shown applied to a window-frame. The upper end of the slides are twisted or given a ialf turn as clearly shown in Figs. 5 and 6 to form a bracket 12 which is provided with the slot 13 for the reception of the journals of an ordinary spring-roller which carries thecurtam or shade 3, and further provided with the C shaped end 4 for carrying the ends of a curtain ole.
