HARPER, o citizen ofthe United, States, residing in the city of Philadelphia, coilnty of Philadelphia undState of Pennsylvania; have invented a certain new and useful 'Improvement in Railrod-Ties, of which the following is it description.
The present invention rela-tes to improvements railway ties formed of concrete or cement-molded about an internal metallic core. 10..
The objects ofthe invention are to reduce-the costV of manufacture, to reduce the Weight of the 'tie,.nd"..
