Be it known that I, lFRIEDRICH RECH, a citizen of the Empire of Germany, residing at Ehrenfeld, near Cologne-onthe-Rhine, in the Empire of Germany, have invented a new which may be disposed Within or without the globe `or both at a time and are connected with the y'lampfpost in a" suitable manner, while the globe rests on a ringV securedon the said" arms or posts.
