IMPROVEMENT IN BILL-FILES.
To all 'whom it may coi-ccm:
I Be itknown that l, O. W. BOND, of the town of Biddeford, county of York, and State of Maine, have invented' a new and improved Bill-File, and I do hereby declare that the4 following is a full, clear, andexact description of Athe saine, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, making a part oi' this speciiication, in Which- Figures l, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are perspective views of my bill-file? p V My invention consists in making a bill-le which willicombine the advantages of an alphabetical arrangement and separation of the bills, indexed leaves, and elastiebands, Or other suitable fastenings.
Many persons are obliged to carry about in onev package a number of bills, which are usually placed between two covers Without any regular arrangement, and much time is lost in looking over the collection to select any particular bill. My invention makes a billiile of a number of pieces of card-board or erasive board, which are eut and lettered in the usual man ner for indexes, and between which are placed the bills in alphabetical arrangement, according to the letteis upon the card-board.
