Beit known that I, WILLIAM K. WILLIAMS,
' proveniente in the show-case shown in patent to'me, No. 788,979, dated May 2, 1905.
The object of my present invention is to provide means whereby the joints between the front and end plates may be adjusted and kept tight, to providea more rigid structure, and to provide the device with various new and useful features, and it consists, in addition to the structure shown in said patent, of means for adjustin and holding the end stantially of a llexible tongue inserted in the groove of the back frame near `the bottom thereof a id a head` and Fig. 3', a horizontal section of the same.v

In a show-case, the combination of a front plate, an end plate having its front edge l in engagementwith the front plate, a back frame having a lgroove to receive the rear edge of the end plate, a 4flexible strip in the groove, and a screw in the back frame and engaging the said strip to force the same against the rear edge of the end plate.

In a show-case, the combination of e front plate, an end plate having its front edge engaging the front plate, a back fra-ine having a groove to receive the rear edge of the end plate, a flexible strip and a nut om bedded in the backframe at the bottom of the groove, and a `headless sc rew within the hacia. frame and engaging the nut and flexible strip.
