Be it known that I, WILLIAM K. RArRrGH, of Rural Valley, in the county of Armstrong, and State of Pennsylvaniafhave, as I believe, inventednew and useful Improvements in Olanips for Saddlers and Shoe- Inakers; and Ido hereby declare the following to be a full and exact description-of the same, reference being had t0 the chawings that accompany and form a part Figure l is a View of the clamp closed.
