Be it known that PETER SEEBALD, of the city, county, and State of New York, have invented and produced a. certninnew and useful Mode andCo mpound for Preventing'and Destroying the Infestation of Bell Bugs in Houses, Dwellings, and Rooms; and do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description of the same. i I The object of this invention is to have a, preventiveofihed bugs infesting wells, rooms and houses, which can he used with whitewasliing thewallsof the saure and which is or smalljexpense, andserv es for long time with good effect. j i

From the foregoing, it is clearlyiseen-thet this compound is of a smell expense additional to the ordinary y invention, I will proceed to describe its'eonstruc whitewash, rind can he prepared and used by no more competentlpersons than the'persons now'engaged or able to perform the ordinary whitewashiug of wells; that the ingredients used thei-ein are of no more injurious efi'ect to those who live in rooms whitewashed with the above compoun-djhan with the ordinary compound of the whiteirash now in use, and that-if the compound is usedfrom'the beginning, when the house or walls are first whitewashed, the bed-bugs are prevented from infesting the said walls at ell,'without any or little extra labor, and little extra. cost.
