In connection 4therewith is provided an adjustableseat d and a guiding at' tachment e. ff Y To the body a oit" the wagon is attached a transverse fnlerum-rod 2' by suitable hangr ers 3 and bolts 4,' and upon the extremity of the rod 2 is pivoted a lever 5fbeingsecured in position therein by means ofa sleevecbl lar 6 and its set-screw 7. The end of the'rod'V 2 projects laterally from the bodyof the wagon suiiiciently to provide for clearance of the wheel b by the connecting-rod 8,'which extends from the lower arm of said lever to crimps Vl0 or inwardfprojectionsof its able guide-bar "17.

is equal to the depth-of the side wall 'of the 95 wagon.- 1
The' hand-power attachment may beduplition in conl'iectionwith` each oithe rearwheels. o'o
Instead of connecting the' wheel-'crankattachment to :the spokes/of the wheel itnray be connected to the hub of the Wheel; but the spoke connection is preferred, havlng more spread or purchase.
I am aware that the construction can be varied by those skilled in the art without departing from 'my invention, and therefore I (lo not Wish to be confined to the exact construction shown and described.
That I claim, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
l. For a childs Wagon, the detachable propelling attachment comprisi ng the transverse fulcru Ina-od, its means of attachment, the le-A ver pivoted thereon, the detachable Wheel-- crank attachment, and the connecting-rod from said lever to said Wheel-crank attach# ment, substantially as specied.
2. For; a childs wagon, the detachable propelling attachment comprising the transverse fulcrum-rod, its means of attachment, the double-bearing' lever thereon, the sleeve-collar and set-screw, the Wheel-crank plate, its means of attachment, and the connecting-rod, substantially as specied.
3. For a childs wagon, the detachable propelling attachment comprising the transverse fulcrum-rod, its means of attachment, the double-bearing lever thereon, the sleevecollar and set-screw, the marginally-crimped Wheel, crank-plate, and the connecting-rod, substantially as specied.
In testimony whereof I affix my signature in presence of two Witnesses.
