Having thus described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is

In a grinding and polishing attachment for a sewing machine, a standard having an ontwardly-projecting lip with an inclined upper face, a table having a depending limb, with an oblique slot therein, and provided on its side with an inclined shoulder adapted to rest on the inclined face of the saidlip, and

a screw for fastening said table to said lip, said parts being combined substantially as described. I
