To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that-1, ROBERT HARPER, a resident of Chelsea, in the county of Suffolk and State of Massachusetts, have made anew erence to restoring a railway-carringei-,to its track; and I do hereby decla-re the saine to be fully described in the following spec-ncation, und represented in the accompanying drawings, ci' which* Fignrel is n top `'ieW, Figs. 2, and 3 are side elevations, and Figs. 4 and 5 end elevatoions, ot' it.
