By the same mea s onehaif of the hive maybe removed at one ti meand the other half vat an- 'other time, and the bees thus change old and 4injured comb fornew.y The glass front and' rear, toward which the edges of the comb are directed by the gnides,-in connection with the glass boxes, give a perfect inspection ofthe work and state of the s warm.

The inclined bottom affords facilities for .th e4v removal of filthor moth by the bees or attendusing a divided bottom; and removing-the. wood-screws in the larms and top the division4 is complete.
