Beit known that I, WILLIAM-R. JENKINS Jr.', a citizen of the-United States, residiugat Bellefonte,*in the' countyof Gent-reand State 5 of-Pennsylvania, have invented c'ertaiune-w and useful Improvements in Power-Hammers;
and 1- do hereby declare the following to be a 'full, clear, and exact description of the inventio'n,-'such as will enable others skilled inthe art to which itappertains to make and use the same. My' invention relates particularly to that class of power-hammers wherein the hammer operates through'an oscillating helve having proper bearings between the hammer and the mechanism for driving the same, and more especially is it designed as an improvement; "uponmy formerpatent, No. 237,872, of Februarylo, 1881; and it consists in an improved,
