lMPFiOVED MOSQUITO-BAR FRAME.
Specication forming part of Letters Patent No. 32,943, dated July 30, 1861.
To @ZZ whom it may concern.-
Be it known that LJAMEs HIGGINS, of Ghicago, in Cook county, in the State of Illinois, have invented a Portable Mosquito -Bar Frame, Room, or Tent; and I do hereby declare the following to be afull and exact description thereof, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, and the letters of reference marked thereon.
The nature of myinvention is to construct and secure to each other by butts or hinges frames of wood or other material, so that when opened and covered with proper Inaterial it can be used as a protection against mosquitos and other Winged insects, also that its construction is such that when not in use it can be folded upwith its covering and placed out of the way.

By folding together successively the wing, top, and tent frames, as indicated in the description, it will be evident by the small space that it occupies that it can readily be moved from one place to another and unfolded for immediate use.
W'hen the frame is tted With mosquito-bar cloth, it can be used in any part of a house or room to keep off mosquitos, ies, and other insects, over a bed to sleep under, over a table to eat or Work under, or it can be taken into a garden or field and used for the same purposes. When covered with opaque cloth, it can be used as a room or office. When covered with cloth or other material that will keep out rain, it can be used kas a tent. By attaching other Wing and tent frames its shape and form may be varied as required.
What I claim is- The combination and arrangement of the main frame with the two Wing-frames and the top and tent frames, substantially as and for the purposes specified.
