No. 397,438 1 Claim. (Cl. 1191) It is an object of the present invention to provide a simple and efiective means for dog hygiene near the home, in fair weather or cold weather.
It is an additional object to yourself and neighbors well being to provide dog hygiene, cleanly and efficiently to everyone concerned.
It is a further object to provide dog hygiene the whole year around without discomfort to dogs and humans.
Other objects will appear as the description proceeds.
FIGURE 1 is a side view of the dog toilet with parts in cross section.

Referring to FIGURE 1, a transverse view of the containers, the outside container 1, which holds the small container 2, both have four sides and top and bottom. These two containers are made of aluminum or plastic to make them light to carry. The outside container has an opening 3 for the paper which comes off one of the rolls of paper, to an attachment 4 on the outside of the large container, opening is a little larger than width of paper. It has a small opening for the paper, to be held firmly to be cut off, or torn off, and will keep the paper in place for the next piece to be torn 011. The large container has a wall 5 on the inside in the middle, to keep the small container and the rolls of paper apart, so they will not get in each others way. The handles 6 are to carry the large and small containers from place to place. The pan 7 has a peg 8, with a hole in the large container to store pan until it is taken oif, laid on the porch, the paper cut oil? and laid in the pan, for the dog to do its duty. The remains of the dog are then wrapped up and put into the small tight container, and emptied in the garbage barrel at your convenience. The three holders of paper 9 are attached to the inside of the large container, one roll used at a time. A piece of rubber pad 10 is glued to the bottom of the container where the small container rests to prevent noise, when small container is lifted out of large container, and put back in. On both containers there are hinges 11, to open and close the top. There are latches 12 in the front, to keep both containers closed. I claim:
A portable device for use as a dog toilet comprising an outer container having partition means positioned therein forming two compartments, one compartment having at least one roll of paper mounted therein and the other compartment having a removable container, said outer container provided with an opening whereby sheets of paper may be withdrawn from said roll of paper, a removable pan mounted on and exteriorly of the outer container and adapted to be removed to provide a holder for a withdrawn sheet of paper whereby after a dog has used the sheet of paper for deposit of body waste thereon, the sheet of paper and waste may be stored in the removable container.
