B i'dwell, as assiignee of one-half interest in said inyention that the patent shduld have been grantedlto the said Benson, Bidwell, ownei of the enure interest; and that'the proper corrections have. been made in the files and records per mining to the case in the Patent Oflice, and should. be read ip the Letters Patent that.
