To all whom 'it may concern: y

Be it known that I, EDWARD WIRTHS, of New York, in the county and State of New York, have invented, made, and applied to use certain new and useful Improvements in Skates; and I do hereby declare the following to be a full and exact description of the` same, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, making a part of this specification, and to the letters of reference marked therein, in which*- Figure I, is a view of an ordinary skate, with my improvement attached.
