One of the objects of the invention is to provide a poising and balancing tool'which' can be quickly set up forfiuse without the necessity of using levels and other adjusting mechanism.

While a particular form of the devicehas been described and illustrated, it'will be readily seen that the various elements making up the. device could be changed in form and design without departingirom' the scopezof the invention.
